No. 32/P.A.5/2017/S.11/2017, originally issued on June 30, 2017, under the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, effective from November 1, 2017, involves the removal of an existing proviso. The exemption provided by the original notification, as amended, will be applicable to all registered persons until March 31, 2018. This change has been authorized by the Governor of Punjab, following the recommendations of the Council, and is deemed necessary in the public interest.
