The committee comprises two members: the Commissioner of GST & Central Excise, nominated by the Central Government, and the Commissioner of State Tax from the Government of Puducherry. This notification was issued by the Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry, with the order executed by the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government (Finance).
