of <h1>India Appoints Common Adjudicating Authority for Customs Case Involving M/s Pace International Under Notification No. 94/2016.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 94/2016-Customs(N.T.) dated July 1, 2016, appointing a Common Adjudicating Authority under the Customs Act, 1962. This appointment authorizes the designated officer to adjudicate a show cause notice concerning M/s Pace International and others. The notice, dated July 25, 2011, was initially answerable to the Commissioner of Customs at the Inland Container Depot in Tuglakabad, New Delhi. The newly appointed authority is the Commissioner of Customs at the Inland Container Depot Patparganj and other Inland Container Depots in Delhi.
