of <h1>New Rule 3A: Chartered Accountants' Quality Review Board Chairperson and Members to Receive Sitting Fees for Meetings.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued amendments to the rules governing the Chartered Accountants Procedures of Meetings of the Quality Review Board and the terms and conditions of service for the Chairperson and Board Members, originally established in 2006. Effective upon publication in the Official Gazette, these amendments introduce a new rule, 3A, which specifies sitting fees for the Chairperson and members. They will receive twenty thousand rupees for each Quality Review Board meeting and five thousand rupees for other meetings called by the Board or its sub-committees.
