This Board, established under the Kerala Toddy Workers' Welfare Fund Act, 1969, is exempt for income received from the Act, member contributions, and bank interest for financial years 2013-14 to 2017-18. The exemption is contingent upon the Board not engaging in commercial activities, maintaining consistent activities and income nature, and filing income returns as per Section 139(4C)(g) of the Act.
