of <h1>Bhogat Port Designated for Coastal Trade in Crude Petroleum Under Customs Act, Section 7 Amendment</h1> Notification No. 24/2015-Customs (N.T.) issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, amends Notification No. 64/94-Customs (N.T.) dated November 21, 1994. The amendment designates Bhogat port as a coastal port authorized for coastal trade in crude petroleum. Additionally, in the table under serial number 5 for the State of Gujarat, Bhogat is added as entry number 24. This change is executed under the powers granted by clause (d) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962.
