      Seeks to extend anti dumping duty on 'ceramic tableware and glassware' originating in or exported from Malaysia, to prevent the circumvention of anti dumping duty levied on subject goods originating in or exported from China PR vide Notification No. 4/2018-Customs(ADD) dated 21st February, 2018.
      Summary: The Central Government, acting on the designated authority's findings of changed trade patterns, dumped imports and undermining of remedial effect, has extended the existing anti-dumping duty on ceramic tableware and kitchenware to goods originating in or exported from Malaysia, applying the same duty rates as those imposed on China PR-origin goods; the duty is effective from publication, co-terminus with the China PR measures, payable in Indian currency, and subject to the exchange rate rules prescribed by Government notification with the rate determined as of the bill of entry presentation date.

      Summary: Exercising powers under the SEZ Act and rule 8 of the SEZ Rules, the Central Government de notifies specified land parcels proposed by M/s. AIGP Developers (Pune) Private Limited at Wagholi and Kharadi, Pune, following State Government approval and Development Commissioner recommendation, having found statutory requirements under the SEZ legislative framework fulfilled, thereby reducing the notified SEZ area and specifying the resultant notified area and affected survey numbers.

      Amendments to manner and mechanism of providing exit option to dissenting unit holders pursuant to Regulation 22(6A) and Regulation 22(8) of SEBI (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 (“SEBI (REIT) Regulations”)
      Summary: Amendments prescribe that where an open offer triggers Regulation 22(6A) or 22(8), the relevant date is the public announcement date; establish a two notice regime with strict timelines for Manager notifications, unit holder voting, intimation of dissenting unit holders, dispatch of a Letter of Offer by the Lead Manager, creation of an escrow prior to the tendering period, a seven day post intimation start and five day tender period, payment within three working days of tender close, and reporting obligations; and require the exit option price to be enhanced at ten per cent per annum for the period between the first and second notice.

      Submission of Intimation of Arrest Report & Incident Report
      Summary: Every arrest must be intimated promptly to the investigation member and zonal authority in the prescribed format; zonal offices must send a monthly zone-wise report of arrested persons to central investigation headquarters for compilation and onward transmission to the Board, and all reports must be submitted only by electronic mail, discontinuing hard-copy submissions.
