Summary: Incorporation requires obtaining digital signatures and Director Identification Numbers, reserving the company name, and filing prescribed forms accompanied by the Memorandum and Articles of Association, subscriber sheets, notarized affidavits and declarations, address and identity proofs, utility bills, proof of premises and director verification; upon scrutiny the Registrar issues the Certificate of Incorporation and Corporate Identification Number and no separate commencement certificate is required under recent amendment.

Summary: XBRL is an XML-derived financial reporting format mandated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for specified companies; affected entities must map financial and non-financial disclosures to the prescribed taxonomy, prepare an instance document, validate and pre-scrutinise it using the MCA validation tool, review via the in-built viewer, and attach the instance to the statutory XBRL filing form for upload. Exemptions include banking, insurance, power, NBFCs and other entities below the size thresholds. Earlier XBRL forms have been superseded by Form AOC-4-XBRL, pending release.

Summary: The official liquidator lacks jurisdiction to adjudicate claims of a secured creditor who elects to stand outside liquidation and pursue statutory remedies; secured creditors retain enforcement rights subject to a pari passu charge in favour of workmen, the liquidator may represent and realise the workmen's portion, and the company court may impose conditions to protect workmen while preserving the secured status of the creditor. Disputes should be resolved by appropriate civil proceedings rather than by the liquidator assuming adjudicatory jurisdiction.

Summary: Assessment of State Implementation of Business Reforms measures adoption of a 98-point Action Plan across eight areas (business start-up, land and construction permits, environment, labour, utilities, tax registration and compliance, inspections, enforcing contracts) using a standardized questionnaire, documentary evidence and state visits up to 30 June 2015. Average implementation is low (circa 32%), with strengths in online VAT/CST filing and payments, timelines for construction and electricity connections, and single-window systems; major deficiencies persist in inspection reform, integrated land records, downloadable/verifiable online certificates and comprehensive registration checklists.
Summary: Assessment reports state-level progress implementing a national action plan for business reforms, noting good practices-online single window business registration, defined timelines for utility connections, tax automation and risk-based inspections-alongside persistent gaps in e-court infrastructure, comprehensive inspection reform, and online land bank and GIS availability; it urges improved communication, monitoring and evaluation to translate reforms into measurable on the ground outcomes.
Summary: Preliminary findings conclude that a substantial rise in imports of PUC corresponded with declining market share, falling prices, rising inventories and losses for the identified domestic industry. The Directorate identifies excess global capacity and export diversion as unforeseen developments causing increased imports, establishes a causal link between those imports and serious injury or threat thereof, finds critical circumstances warranting urgent action, and recommends provisional safeguard duty pending final determination while providing for further verification and a public hearing.
Summary: The Wholesale Price Index (base 2004-05=100) declined month-on-month in August 2015 to 176.7 (provisional), producing a negative annual WPI inflation rate of -4.95%. Primary Articles rose driven by food price increases, while Fuel & Power fell sharply-led by lower furnace oil, aviation turbine fuel, diesel and petrol-contributing significantly to the overall decline. Manufactured Products edged down with mixed subgroup movements; the release details commodity-level drivers and provides build-up inflation for the financial year and a finalized revision for June 2015.
