<h1>PRAGATI portal boosts project monitoring and accelerates infrastructure delivery in Haryana; major investments remain under implementation</h1> The PRAGATI portal enables integrated, real-time monitoring and coordination between central and state authorities to accelerate project execution and resolve public grievances; this structural governance mechanism increases accountability and delivery speed, resulting in substantial commissioned assets while leaving a larger share of investment value still under implementation. The platform has been applied to 112 major projects in one state, with 57 completed (noted sectoral distribution) and 55 ongoing, including several mega infrastructure and health projects that remain subject to continued active oversight and prioritised implementation tracking.
