The contract prescribes that the wagons be manufactured in accordance with the latest specifications issued by RDSO, thereby making compliance with those specifications an operative contractual requirement governing design and manufacturing standards, with the consequence that delivery is to be of wagons conforming to the specified technical and safety parameters for finished-automobile freight movement.
