<h1>Stock benchmarks rebound in early trade as blue-chip IT and consumer buying lifts indexes despite mixed financials and foreign selling</h1> Benchmark indices rebounded in early trade, with the 30-share index rising to 84,537.23 and the 50-share index to 25,914.85, driven by buying in select blue-chip IT and consumer stocks while certain financial and industrial stocks lagged. Foreign institutional investors sold equities worth Rs 3,077.59 crore the previous session, while domestic institutional investors bought Rs 2,469.34 crore. Asian markets were mixed and US markets had closed lower overnight, prompting investor caution ahead of central bank guidance and economic data. Brent crude eased to USD 64.58 a barrel.
