The program introduces state-level launches of national schemes with multi-level grants: under one stream four startups receive Rs.7 lakh each, while another stream offers up to Rs.10 lakh for early idea stage, up to Rs.40 lakh for MVP/pilot, and up to Rs.50 lakh for scale-up. Eligibility is limited to home-state startups, including individual innovators and DPIIT-registered firms with at least 51% Indian ownership. The centre also provides mentoring, co-working and investor connections and has previously supported 80 startups with over Rs.8 crore.
