<h1>Participatory water management driving a catchment-based river rejuvenation model that integrates nature-based solutions and community stewardship.</h1> The project is a multi-stakeholder partnership combining a non-profit implementer, academic policy researchers and government nodal agencies to restore the Suvarnamukhi catchment through coordinated governance, community engagement and ecological safeguards. Operative measures prioritise mapped catchment restoration of multiple water bodies and streams, application of nature-based solutions (bio-bridges, pollution-absorbing vegetation, natural rainwater recycling) alongside selected technologies, and mobilisation of local communities and residential associations to secure behavioural change, groundwater recharge and sustained stewardship.
