<h1>Developer posts Q2 FY26 pre-sales Rs1,322cr and H1 Rs2,445cr; H1 collections Rs1,904cr, realizations up 7-8%</h1> A listed real estate developer reported Q2 FY26 pre-sales of Rs 1,322 crore (up 4% YoY) and customer collections of Rs 1,047 crore (up 8% YoY), with H1 FY26 pre-sales of Rs 2,445 crore and H1 collections of Rs 1,904 crore. Average realization rose ~7-8% YoY to ~Rs 8,800/sq ft. In H1 the company added ~6.36 million sq ft of developable area with an estimated GDV of ~Rs 9,100 crore through marquee acquisitions and partnerships across Mumbai and Bengaluru, including redevelopment and joint-development projects and a large KIADB park parcel, emphasizing disciplined execution and value creation.
