Projects include six water treatment plants (72 million litres/day), about 800 km of distribution pipelines, deployment of real-time monitoring to keep non-revenue water below 20%, and storm-water interventions in the Bahini Basin (flood diversion channels, upgraded drainage, nature-based retention pond). The program also funds institutional reforms and capacity building for urban governance.
