Programs announced include scaling and financing targets, district MSME clinics, retail and e-commerce channels for local products, upskilling and provision of workspaces and connectivity, and job-creation claims. The government asserts improved ease-of-doing-business rankings while acknowledging structural constraints in productive sectors and demographic-driven service needs.
