Forensic teams, a bomb disposal squad and multiple agencies are investigating; samples and the youth's mobile and financial records have been seized for analysis. A case has been registered under the Explosive Substances Act, and probes will address potential criminal liability for unlawful manufacture/possession of explosives, reckless endangerment, origins of the materials and any international contacts.
