Project work is slated to begin by April 2026 with commissioning targeted within 15 months; land has been allocated and the proposal is under review by the India Semiconductor Mission. The unit is promoted by a consortium of global and Indian investors and has a definitive agreement with a global energy-technology partner for process expertise and market access.
