<h1>Regulation of agricultural inputs: only validated products allowed and noncompliance triggers criminal and administrative sanctions.</h1> The government will permit only ICAR or agricultural university validated agricultural inputs for sale; selling ineffective or untested bio stimulants or agrochemicals will invite FIRs, licence cancellations for companies and compensation to affected farmers, creating a legal compliance duty for dealers and manufacturers. Administrative measures include a package targeting output, cost reduction, pricing fairness, loss compensation, crop diversification and natural farming, supported by direct deployment of scientific teams to farmers' fields to improve practices and curb input misuse.
