<h1>Household Income Survey framework establishes Technical Expert Group to finalise methodology, sampling and instruments for national implementation.</h1> The National Statistics Office has constituted a Technical Expert Group chaired by Dr. Surjit S. Bhalla to finalise concepts and definitions, prepare the survey methodology and instruments, design sampling and estimation methods, and finalise survey results and reporting for the Household Income Survey; development of methodology and instruments has begun under TEG guidance.
