A dedicated state-level cell has been established to coordinate reforms, while land use policies are being rationalized to allow mixed-use development and simplified industrial zoning. Digital facilitation measures include full digitization of the industrial land bank with real-time information access for investors and development of ready-to-use factory infrastructure.
