The Minister of Corporate Affairs informed Parliament that state governments largely agree with the proposed policy. The government has sought feedback from various societal sectors, including stakeholders, industry, law firms, researchers, and economists, and has incorporated their input into the policy. The policy is anticipated to be finalized soon.
