The Minister of Corporate Affairs informed the Lok Sabha that while the Accounting Standards are updated as needed, no current amendments are being considered. Additionally, the government has not issued a Legal Compliance Manual, but the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs has released a ready reckoner to help stakeholders understand various laws, including the Companies Act, 1956.
