<h1>NCIS Trains Field Teams in Smartphone Storytelling to Document Regenerative Farming Under PRANA Project</h1> NCIS is conducting advanced smartphone storytelling workshops across Punjab under its PRANA project to document regenerative agriculture practices. Fifty field team members from 18 districts are participating in two-day training sessions on scripting, storyboarding, shooting, and editing. The initiative builds on basic workshops conducted in 2024 and aims to capture compelling farmer stories that inspire adoption of sustainable farming methods. PRANA works through 600+ field teams to engage farmers and officials via training camps and workshops. The project, in its third year, aims to prevent burning across 500,000 hectares, conserve 500 billion liters of water, and sequester 4.5 million tonnes of CO2.
