of <h1>Patanjali & DS Group to Acquire Magma General Insurance for Rs 4,500 Crore, Pending Regulatory Approval.</h1> Patanjali Ayurved and the Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group) are set to acquire Magma General Insurance from Sanoti Properties LLP for Rs 4,500 crore. The insurance company, previously known as Magma HDI General Insurance, is currently co-owned by Adar Poonawalla and Rising Sun Holdings. The acquisition, which includes Celica Developers and Jaguar Advisory Services, is pending regulatory approval. Magma General Insurance provides a wide range of over 70 insurance products covering various risks in the general insurance sector.
