The amendments include adding fields like assessee and location codes to enhance data capture and communication. Appellants can now cite three case laws in forms, with additional cases in the main appeal. A selection box for pre-determined issues is introduced to expedite case processing. A common alpha-numeric number will link related appeals. Feedback on the proposed forms is requested by July 20, 2012.
