The EOW plans to request a court's permission to conduct a lie detector test on the accused. The investigation, which began after misappropriation of funds was discovered, has led to the arrest of the bank's former CEO and a real estate developer. The RBI has relaxed withdrawal restrictions, allowing customers to withdraw up to Rs 25,000.
