The initiative aims to empower youths in education and skill development. Additionally, the Cabinet approved the establishment of medical colleges in Hathras, Kasganj, and Baghpat through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode, addressing underserved districts. The government also partnered with Tata Technologies Limited to upgrade 62 ITIs and establish innovation centers, with a project cost exceeding Rs 3,634 crores, aiming to train 12,500 candidates annually.
