<h1>IAS Officer's Suspension Revoked Post-Bail in Jharkhand MGNREGA Corruption Case; Reinstated in Administrative Reforms Dept.</h1> The suspension of an IAS officer in Jharkhand, involved in a money laundering case related to alleged corruption in the MGNREGA scheme, has been revoked following her release on bail. She was suspended in May 2022 after her arrest by the Enforcement Directorate. The Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Raj Bhasa reinstated her effective December 7, 2024, based on the Suspension Review Committee's recommendations. The officer, formerly a secretary in the state Mines Department, will now serve in the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Raj Bhasa. A special court granted her bail in December 2024.
