The LAF corridor was normalized and a new uncollateralized Standing Deposit Facility introduced as the corridor floor; the fixed rate reverse repo is retained for specified uses. Liquidity withdrawal will proceed over a multi year timeframe contingent on credit absorption, government spending and capital flows.
