<h1>India's DGAD Initiates 272 Anti-Dumping Investigations; 112 Cases Enforce Duties, 144 Cases Without Duties as of Nov 2011.</h1> The Directorate General of Anti-Dumping and Allied Duties (DGAD) in India has initiated 272 anti-dumping investigations based on applications from the domestic industry. As of November 25, 2011, final findings have been issued in 256 cases, with provisional duties imposed in one case and awaited in two others. Definitive duty imposition is awaited in two cases, while 11 cases are under preliminary investigation. The DGAD recommends duties to the Department of Revenue, which decides on provisional or definitive impositions. Currently, anti-dumping duties are enforced in 112 cases, while 144 cases do not have such duties.
