This directive, effective from January 2012 for ministries and departments, February 2012 for Central Public Sector Enterprises, and April 2012 for autonomous bodies, aims to enhance transparency and combat corruption. The portal, developed by the National Informatics Center, will require entities to upload tender details, amendments, and awarded contracts, even if they conduct e-procurement or publish tenders on their own websites. Necessary user credentials and training will be provided by NIC.
