Union Minister of Corporate Affairs, Dr. M. Veerappa Moily has expressed shock and deep sorrow on the demise of Jnanpith award winner litterateur Prof. Indira Goswami.

In his condolence message Shri Moily said Smt. Goswami was one of the most celebrated writers of contemporary Indian literature. The Minister said in her demise the literary world has lost a great visionary. Her demise is a loss not only to the world of literature but a personal loss to me, Shri Moily added.
