<h1>Over 95% of Small Help Groups' loans were regular by March 2011, with outstanding loans rising to Rs. 4786763 lakh.</h1> Over 95% of Small Help Groups (SHGs) loan accounts were regular as of March 31, 2011, according to the SHG-Bank Linkage Programme data. The total outstanding bank loans to SHGs amounted to Rs. 4786763 lakh, with an average loan outstanding per SHG increasing from Rs. 57,795 in March 2010 to Rs. 65,224 in March 2011. The breakdown of loans by agency includes Commercial Banks, Regional Rural Banks (RRBs), and Cooperative Banks. Peer pressure within SHGs contributes significantly to the timely recovery of loans. This information was provided by a government official in response to a parliamentary question.
