of <h1>India's CBEC Sets Brass Scrap Tariff at $4048/MT, Poppy Seeds at $2117/MT; Edible Oil Tariffs Unchanged.</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) under India's Ministry of Finance has issued Notification No.78/2011-Customs (N.T.) dated November 15, 2011, announcing the tariff values for various commodities. The tariff values for edible oils, including crude palm oil, RBD palm oil, crude palmolein, RBD palmolein, and crude soybean oil, remain unchanged. The tariff value for brass scrap (all grades) is set at 4048 USD per metric tonne, and for poppy seeds, it is 2117 USD per metric tonne.
