<h1>India and South Africa to Boost MSME Ties, Focus on Handicrafts and Handlooms, Aim for $15 Billion Trade by 2014.</h1> India and South Africa have agreed to enhance cooperation in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. During a meeting between India's Minister of State for Commerce and Industry and South Africa's Deputy Minister for Trade and Industry, both nations discussed strengthening ties, especially in the handicraft and handloom sectors. India offered support in structural issues and IT integration. The bilateral trade between the countries reached $11.12 billion in 2010-11, surpassing the $10 billion target set for 2012. A new target of $15 billion is set for 2014. Both countries emphasized finalizing the India-SACU Preferential Trade Agreement to boost trade.
