of <h1>CCI Approves Unifeeder ISC FZCO's Acquisition of Avana Logistek, Transworld Feeders; Expanding EXIM and NVOCC Services in India.</h1> The Competition Commission of India has approved the acquisition of Avana Logistek Limited, Transworld Feeders Private Limited, and Transworld Feeders FZCO by Unifeeder ISC FZCO. Unifeeder, part of the DPW group, operates in India through its subsidiaries, Feedertech Pte. Limited and Perma Shipping Line Pte. Limited, offering EXIM feeder and NVOCC services. Avana provides multimodal domestic coastal services and NVOCC solutions. Currently, Transworld Feeders Private Limited is inactive in India but will acquire the EXIM feeder shipping business of Shreyas Shipping and Logistics Limited under this deal. A detailed order from the CCI will be issued.
