<h1>Government Extends ECLGS 1.0 & 2.0; Launches ECLGS 3.0 for Hospitality and Tourism Sectors Amid COVID-19 Challenges.</h1> The government has extended the Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS) 1.0 and 2.0 until June 30, 2021, and introduced ECLGS 3.0 to support businesses in the Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, and Leisure Sporting sectors affected by COVID-19. ECLGS 3.0 targets enterprises with credit outstanding not exceeding Rs. 500 crore as of February 29, 2020, allowing up to 40% additional credit. Loans under this scheme will have a six-year term, including a two-year moratorium. The scheme aims to aid economic recovery and job protection, with revised guidelines to be issued by the National Credit Guarantee Trustee Company Ltd.
