Tariff Values of Edible Oils, Brass Scrap (All Grades) and Poppy Seeds Notified
Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC), Department of Revenue, Government of India has issued a Notification No.76/2011-Customs (N.T.) dated October 31, 2011 and thereby notifying tariff values of edible oils, brass scrap (all grades) and Poppy seeds as shown in the table below.

Tariff values notified for edible oils, brass scrap and poppy seeds affecting customs valuation and import assessment. Notification No.76/2011-Customs (N.T.) dated October 31, 2011 prescribes tariff values per metric tonne for specified imported commodities. It lists benchmark dollar values for various edible oils-stating those edible-oil values remain unchanged-and establishes declared tariff values for brass scrap (all grades) and poppy seeds, to be applied by customs authorities for valuation and import assessment under the customs valuation framework. of Press 'Enter' after typing page number.
