The scheme aims to assist startups with proof of concept, prototype development, product trials, market entry, and commercialization. Additionally, measures under the Atmanirbhar Bharat Package include rescheduling loan payments, easing working capital financing, and providing financial support to MSMEs. These measures include emergency working capital facilities, subordinate debt for stressed MSMEs, equity infusion, and a revised MSME definition to boost domestic manufacturing and exports.
