The agreement, signed by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) and the Danish Patent and Trademark Office, aims to facilitate the exchange of best practices, knowledge, and training in IP awareness, protection, and enforcement. It also focuses on automation, modernization, and understanding of Traditional Knowledge protection. A Biennial Work Plan will guide the implementation of these activities, marking a significant step in India's pursuit of becoming a global innovation leader.
