Comfort Investments II, a special purpose vehicle based in Mauritius, is controlled by investment funds advised by affiliates of the Carlyle Group Inc., a global asset manager. Nxtra Data, a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel Limited, offers colocation, cloud, and managed services through its data centers across India. The convertible preference shares will be converted to equity shares after valuation completion. A detailed order from the Commission will be issued subsequently.
