        <h1>Reference rate publication establishes official exchange rate benchmarks and a basis for SDR Rupee conversion and cross currency quotes.</h1> The Reserve Bank published the USD Reference Rate for July 4, 2018 and the previous day's rate, stating the SDR Rupee rate will be based on that reference; it also provides Rupee exchange rates for EUR, GBP and JPY derived from the USD reference and middle cross currency quotes for July 3-4, 2018.
