This initiative involves 886.78 acres and will be executed in two phases by a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). The first phase has a financial sanction of Rs. 1029.49 crore, with Rs. 763.49 crore invested by the National Industrial Corridor Development and Implementation Trust. The project aims to enhance economic growth by creating employment, reducing costs, boosting exports, and improving logistics efficiency. It will connect with the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor to optimize freight operations.
