In the INSOLVENCY AND BANKRUPTCY CODE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2017 (NO. 8 OF 2018) as published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 1, Issue No. 8, dated the 19th January, 2018, at page No. 1, in main title, for ‘‘Act, 2017’’, read ‘‘Act, 2018”.

Title correction: Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code amendment's main title year amended to reflect the correct enactment year. Corrigendum amends the main title of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Act, as published in the Gazette, by replacing the reference 'Act, 2017' with 'Act, 2018', an administrative correction to the printed title issued by the Secretary to the Government of India.
