RBI Reference Rate for US $

The Reserve Bank of India’s Reference Rate for the US Dollar is ₹ 65.7604 on September 28, 2017.

The corresponding rate for the previous day (September 27, 2017) was ₹ 65.6947.

Based on the reference rate for the US Dollar and the middle rates of the cross-currency quotes, the exchange rate of EUR, GBP and JPY against the Rupee are given below:

Reference rate for US dollar sets daily rupee exchange benchmarks and determines SDR rupee valuation and cross currency rates. The Reserve Bank published the daily Reference Rate for the US dollar as the operative benchmark for rupee exchange quotations; using that reference and middle cross currency quotes the Bank derived rupee rates for major foreign currencies, and stated that the SDR Rupee rate will be based on the published reference rate.
