Sub: - Draft 'Expenditure Budget Manual, 2017"-reg.

This is to inform you that the draft of First Edition of "Expenditure Budget Manual" proposed to be published by EMC, DGHRD in 2017, has been uploaded on the departmental website at www.cbec.gov.in. It is requested to download the same.

2.  The objective of the EMC Manual is to guide the field formations on expenditure management and to assist the formations in understanding the procedures for budget planning throughout the financial year without restricting the operational efficiency.

3.  While the updated & latest guidelines have been incorporated for ease of reference, however, valuable suggestions for any changes/updates which need to be incorporated before its final release & circulation amongst all the CBEC formations are invited from all formations by 15.09.2017.

4.  It is requested that your suggestions in this regard may please be emailed to [email protected] latest by 15.09.2017.

Expenditure Budget Manual consultation invites stakeholder suggestions for draft; submit comments to designated contact via email or fax. The Directorate General of Human Resource Development published a draft First Edition of the Expenditure Budget Manual (2017) on the departmental website and requests all CBEC formations to review it and submit suggestions for changes or updates to the designated contact before the manual's final release.
