The government is expected to receive approximately Rs. 535 crore from this transaction, reducing its shareholding in NFL to 74.71%. Retail investors bid a total of Rs. 178.67 crore against the reserved Rs. 107.14 crore, while non-retail investors submitted bids totaling Rs. 578.8 crore against the offered shares valued at Rs. 428.57 crore. This marks the third Central Public Sector Enterprise OFS in the current financial year.
