The Central Government has ordered inspection of the Book of Account of the companies during the last three years and the current year as per details as under:

During the said period none of the Companies were found guilty under section 209A by the Court.
Suitable action is taken in case any non-compliance/violation of the Companies Act.
This was stated by Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Minister of State for Corporate Affairs in written reply to a question in Lok Sabha today.
Inspection of company books confirms regulatory oversight; non-compliance triggers administrative action under Companies Act provisions Inspection of company books was ordered by the Central Government covering the three previous financial years and the current year to assess adherence to accounting and disclosure obligations under the Companies Act. Reported inspections were recorded by year while inspections in the current year were nil.
