The irrigation fund is increased to Rs. 40,000 crores, and Fasal Bima Yojana coverage will expand. A Dairy Processing Fund of Rs. 8,000 crores is established, and e-NAM markets will increase to 585. Soil Health Cards and new labs will enhance agricultural productivity.
